To strengthen and empower Hmong and underserved communities through cultural preservation, mental health support, economic development, leadership training, housing stability, workforce development, advocacy, and intergenerational connection.

To become a leading regional and national Hmong-led institution with sustainable programs, community centers, transitional housing, workforce systems, cultural preservation initiatives, leadership academies, and national advocacy networks serving thousands of families annually.
